Birds of Southern Sierra Madre

Spanning the mountains of Rizal to the shores of the Quezon sits the Southern corridor of the mighty Sierra Madre Mountain Range. This unique landscape is home to some of the most colorful birds found in Luzon. Through the Marilaque Highway, birders are able to reach up to 800 meters above sea level, giving unique encounters with montane wildlife while comfortably staying by the roadside.
